How do I know the title on a property is genuine?
We verify the title before a property is ever listed. That means checking the Certificate of Occupancy, any Excision, and the survey plan against government records. If a title does not check out, we do not sell the property. You are welcome to ask to see the verification on any listing.
Can I inspect a property before I pay anything?
Yes, and you should. Inspection is free and there is no obligation. Call either of our numbers or message us on WhatsApp and we will confirm a time, usually the same day.
What documents will I receive after buying?
Depending on the property, this typically includes the Deed of Assignment, the survey plan, the receipt of payment, and where applicable the Certificate of Occupancy or Governor’s Consent. We tell you which documents apply to a specific property before you commit.
Do you help with Governor’s Consent?
Yes. Processing Governor’s Consent is part of our Land Acquisition & Documentation service, and our legal team handles the liaison with the government bodies involved.
Do you offer payment plans?
Payment terms depend on the individual project, particularly for off-plan developments. Ask us about the property you are interested in and we will set out the options in writing.
Do you manage the property after I buy it?
We do. Property management covers tenant sourcing and vetting, rent collection, lease management, facility maintenance and service charge administration — useful if you are buying to let, or living outside Lagos.
Where do you build?
Our completed developments are on the Lagos mainland, mainly Lekki, Ajah, Surulere, Mushin, Agege, Ijegun, Ikorodu, etc. Our sales, documentation and consulting services cover Lagos State, Nigeria more broadly.
I am ready to start. What is the first step?
Call us, or send a message through the contact page telling us what you are looking for and your budget range. We will come back to you with the properties that fit, and arrange an inspection.
