About
We are a leading real estate company in Nigeria, specializing in the construction of residential and commercial properties.
On time and within budget
At Lion Edge Properties, we are committed to delivering projects on time and within budget. Our team is made up of builders, architects, engineers and construction professionals, and we hold ourselves to a standard of quality workmanship and customer service on every site we take on.
Beyond construction, we offer property management and leasing services for the buildings we develop — so the same team that put the building up is the one that keeps it running.
Where we build
Our completed developments are concentrated on the Lagos mainland — Surulere, Lawanson and Mushin — and range from mini flat apartments to three-bedroom apartments and mixed-use blocks with retail shops at ground level.
How we work
Every property we sell goes through title verification before it is listed. We process the documentation ourselves — Certificate of Occupancy, Governor’s Consent, Deed of Assignment and survey plans — so buyers are not left to chase paperwork on their own after the money has changed hands.
